  • Please review the draft and send and change suggestions toe John Gerber by Friday, July 8th. If you want to send a marked up copy to him, please turn on “track changes” before making your changes.

• Here is the proposed schedule for creation of the TeraGrid Final Report. This schedule overlaps with the schedule for the next Quarterly Report, during July and August.
  1. Identify resources: AD, PI/User, RP, SAB – 6/14 to 6/24
     1. All current and past Ads
     2. All current and past RPs
     3. Selected key PI/Users with long TG association
     4. Selected SAB members
  2. Develop report format – 6/14 to 7/8
     1. Draft based on Guidance
     2. Review and revise draft
     3. Provide format document to those creating each section
  3. Collect “lessons learned” – 6/27 to 7/29
     1. Collect from identified resources
     2. Assign a group of resources to each AD?
     3. Come to agreement on which “lessons learned” will go in each section
  4. Develop report sections – 8/1 to 8/26
     1. Base on “lessons learned” for the section
     2. Base focus and length on guidance
        1. Impact to Science and Engineering (4-6 pages) – Dan Katz
