What are Mice?

Mice are transient small teams that do not have representatives from all RPs. Mice are defined by a brief problem statement of the issues to be addressed and a team recommendation. From inception to completion mice live 1 to 4 weeks tops.

Mice are light-weight, fast turnaround mini RATs, intended to address smaller issues and produce fast results.
