Notes:

Comments on Charter

  • Set of procedures? What does that mean?
    • One is spelled wrong in the doc.
    • Things to add to the charter
      • Potential changes, set of information, how to obtained.
  • Is it primarily by web pages? Where should information be presented?
  • Mission needs to have something about being user-driven.

Discussion of Planned Strategy

  • Do we want to do cyclical or static? Suggested a year long implementation timeline and we can figure it out when we get there.
  • Have some sort of initial implementation success by TG09, and present a paper there about it.

Action Items for next week:

  • Shawn will update the draft, send any further comments to the email list.
  • Shawn will update the timeline, send any further comments to the email list.
  • Send Shawn e-mail indicating what activity you would like to participate in for the requirements gathering.
