Kate - IU KB link .... - problem is that Boolean searches have not yet been implemented and so a link to the KB form an INCA error status page can only point to the high level list of INCA error topics. - Decision is to go ahead and provide the links to the top level INCA error content in the KB. Will also include a link to a form to provide new content for the KB. - Problem resolution flow chrat
